They feel that their lives are incomplete when they do not try trekking new and even their favorite places. If this is the first time that you are going to try it out, you have to be prepared.
The very first thing that you have to know is where you are going to trek. You cannot just decide on the right prospect on the exact day that you will go trekking. You cannot bring your chain saw with you to cut down branches when you cannot pass through. It is your first trek so you are better off choosing areas that people frequent. - Have the right attitude regarding the activity that you will do. It is only normal that you will feel a bit hesitant to push through with the trek because it is your first time. A trek may not exactly sound fun but the more that you become immersed in nature, the more that you will appreciate your surroundings. Being exposed to nature will have the ability to soothe your soul.
- Gain as much information as you can regarding the area that you are going to trek. Being knowledgeable will help save you from making some mistakes especially with the turns that you will make. Some trekking spots will require you to hire a tour guide so you will not get lost. There are also some areas that you can trek on your own provided that you know the trail.
- Trek with people that you trust. It can be fun to trek with people because you can laugh about your mistakes and just go with the flow. It will make your first experience a lot more fun than what you have imagined it to be.
- Bring the right supplies with you. The supplies you will bring will depend on the number of days that you will do the trek. If you are going to do a day trek or a day hike, bring water, some trail food and other necessary items that will make the trek more comfortable. You will need to bring more items like a tent and a sleeping bag if you plan to trek for more than one day.

- Bring water because you would feel thirsty from time to time.
- You can also bring extra clothes if you plan to change after the trek.
